State of the Blog
October 6, 2009 by RedInf3rnoThere’s not a whole lot of video uploads being added recently, since I’ve been working on some blog-related things.
- I’ve started compiling a list of translations. You can find the page near the top of the sidebar. Right now, it only includes fan-translated works and doujin, but I plan to add commercial releases and possibly ongoing projects at a later date. You’ll also find download links to English patches at MU and MF. I’m against providing pirated copies though, since I’d rather support the industry. Plenty of places on the net will have them if you wish to seek those out. HongFire and ExAlpha-Anime for starters. heh
- All MegaUpload links to videos are down at the moment. I’ll have this fixed by tomorrow. Please use MediaFire until then.
- I’m no longer forcing target=”_blank” on hyperlinks as it’s generally bad practice. Middle-click does the same thing anyway, and I have to assume that not everyone uses Firefox with TabMixPlus. In addition, I still need to change the description formatting for older entries. This will take time. >_<
- I'm late to report this, but I've changed the banner and will continue to do so at the start of every month. The current one looks ok, but I think I preferred the one prior. If you dislike it, you can always look forward to the next. XD
- Finally, for those who were interested, I haven't dropped the idea of distributing over Bittorrent. I'll be putting up the first pack once I reach 200 encodes. I can't give a specific date, but it's coming.
